Today, more than 50 employees are dedicated to making ordering invitations, birth announcements, wedding invitations and holiday cards on-line an easy and painless experience.The company owes its inspiration to Maggie Swanson, a born entrepreneur who took a day in the life of every young mother and turned it into a business opportunity. Having just relocated from Los Angeles to Wilmington Delaware, Maggie was nine months pregnant with baby #3 and quietly dreading the idea of dragging two toddlers into the local stationery store to buy new birth announcements.
